How do we work?

We provide a "virtual" service which means we operate from our own fully equipped home offices. The beauty of this is that you do not have to worry about the extra expense of office space, equipment and all the overheads of employing your own staff who you may not be able to fully utilise during "lean" times. And, don't be fooled into thinking a temp would be cheaper - hire through an agency is for a minimum of 5 hours per day - to do a job that may only take two hours!

Using a virtual PA therefore is, above all else, a very cost effective solution to your business needs.

Work can be delivered by electronic means using the latest digital audio technology. It can also be posted or, if you are in the local area to a VA, can be collected and delivered from and to your workplace.

Examples of documents processed include (but are not limited to) the following: Word processing of copy or audio including electronic digital transcription;Correspondence and report composition and distribution;home and business letters (e.g. complaints, change of address, requests etc);Mailmerge/mailshots;Proof reading and editing;CVs (various styles available);Reports and manuscripts;Student theses;
