Transcription Services

Our team of transcriptionists are on hand 24/7 to transcribe your analogue or digital recordings in a cost efficient and timely manner.

Currently you can post tapes or email your digital files to us but we will soon have the facility for you to upload digital files via our website. Once emailed or uploaded, it will be retrieved, processed and returned to you in the fastest possible turnaround.

Rates are usually charged per audio minute with a small uplift for overnight, weekend and bank holidays.  However, rates can be negotiated upon your initial enquiry and if you prefer, we are happy to negotiate a piecemeal or hourly rate.

Your files can be transcribed as follows:

Intelligent verbatim, whereby we would correct dictation consisting of er's and um's etc. and stumbling over words. Sometimes it is clear to determine what the dictator is saying although it may not be clear dictation but in correcting this we would highlight the same for your attention and approval. Grammar will also be corrected as in "ain't" ,"we've", "you're" etc.

However, strict verbatim can be provided, if required.
